Albert Simon is the Team Leader of Levarra Group at LoKation Real Estate. With nearly a decade of dynamic experience in commercial real estate, property management, and investment, Albert has successfully managed and grown diverse real estate portfolios, from conventional to affordable housing consistently surpassing NOI benchmarks, driving budget efficiency, and elevating asset value.

He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia University as well as a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Georgetown. He is known for leading high-performing teams through market volatility, capital improvements, and regulatory compliance with expertise in financial modeling, lease structuring, and vendor oversight.

Albert brings a forward thinking, results-driven approach to real estate operations, investment strategy, and development. Albert joined LoKation Real Estate in 2025 and cofounded Levarra Group as an all-inclusive firm that merges his background in real estate and business strategy into a singular, concierge-level experience for clients.
